On December 5, 2017, the Regional Primary Care Coalition and the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers, Healthy Communities Work Group hosted the Regional Health Policy Conference to explore what’s next for the nation and our region. This day-long forum focused on prospective health policy changes and their regional impact and concluded with facilitated discussions on current regional health issues and trends.

Speakers included Len Nichols, Director of the Center for Health Policy Research and Ethics at George Mason University, Robin Rudowitz, Associate Director, Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured, Kaiser Family Foundation, Sabrina Corlette, Georgetown Center on Health Insurance Reforms, Alexandra Gray Harris, Deputy Director of National Advocacy, National Association of Community Health Centers, Linda Wilkinson, CEO, Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, Inc., and Natalie Burke, President and CEO, CommonHealth ACTION.
