Primary Care Coalition’s Two-Part Series on Stable + Affordable Housing as a Foundation of Health:

Join the Primary Care Coalition (PCC) for two half-day sessions this fall to explore the different ways safe and stable housing affect health outcomes, learn about existing interventions at the intersection of health and housing, and discuss big ideas for integrated solutions.

Day One will examine the challenges people living in poverty face and discuss existing cross-sector interventions.

DAY ONE DATE: Tuesday, September 17th, 9:00am – 12:30pm
DAY ONE LOCATION: AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center, 8633 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD 20910

Day Two will discuss the policy and funding environments needed to support strategic, actionable links between housing and health systems.

DAY TWO DATE: Tuesday, October 15th, 8:00am – 12:00pm
DAY TWO LOCATION: Silver Spring Civic Building, 1 Veterans Place, Silver Spring, MD 20910

SPONSORS: Primary Care Coalition (PCC), Kaiser Permanente, and UnitedHealthcare
COST: $75 per day or $120 for both days (groups of 4 or more can purchase tickets to access both days for $100 each)
